Administrative Assistant

Nerdy Girl Fitness, a privately-owned, female client based Group Personal Training company in Dover, NH is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant.

The Candidate must be self-disciplined to work occasionally from home but mostly at the studio in Dover, NH. The hours can be some daytime and some evening. Some Saturday availability is a must (when we conduct orientations). This is a 10-15 hour work week position. Pay is $10/hour.

This position is immediately available. We are looking for a long term business relationship and for someone that can grow with the company. As well as someone who truly helps improve the business from creative thinking, problem solving and improvement of systems, the Admin Assistant can have more potential for more income. Seeking an Administrative Assistant who:

  • is reliable, trustworthy and a dependable is VERY organized and pays attention to detail
  • takes pride in being quick and efficient at what you do

  • is extremely organized and can work with minimal supervision

Qualified individuals must have:

  • Associate’s Degree or High school diploma + experience
  • 3 years Administrative Assistant experience
  • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and other Office software
  • Ability to type accurately
  • Experience with Social Media a plus
  • The Candidate must represent Nerdy Girl Fitness in a professional and courteous manner both over the phone and in person.

Job Description: 

  • Assist president with setting and following up on appointments via phone, email and Facebook
  • Keep all paperwork and files organized
  • Call and follow up with current clients
  • Post and update Social Media accounts
  • Assist lead trainer with conducting body compositions for members
  • Assist lead trainer during orientations for new members
  • Update client management software programs
  • Basic admin work (filing, typing, calling, assisting)
