Banana Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. cold water
  • 1 – 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 small banana
  • 6 frozen strawberries

Directions:

  1. Pour water and protein powder in blender and mix for 20seconds.
  1. Add banana and frozen strawberries and blend on high for at least 30 seconds, until smooth.
  1. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
