If I’m out of shape, can I still do this program?
Yes! Our trainers are experts at modifying exercises for all fitness levels! You will be shown proper form and given modifications for your ability.
What is your schedule?
Monday – Thurs: 7 am, 8 am; 9 am; Fri: 8 am & 9 am. Mon-Friday: 4:15 pm, 5 pm, 5:45 pm, 6:30 pm (no 6:30 pm on Friday) Saturday: 7:30 am, 8:30 am. Special Saturday 9:30 am sessions (alternating weeks) including Intro to Weights, Advanced Strength, and Flexibility and Mobility.
Where are you located?
We are at 115 Industrial Park Drive in suites A & B. Our building is located in the lot across from UPS. There is plenty of parking in our free parking lot!
