- 12 oz. cold water
- 1 – 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 small banana
- 6 frozen strawberries
- Pour water and protein powder in blender and mix for 20seconds.
- Add banana and frozen strawberries and blend on high for at least 30 seconds, until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
