Here are the details of our 30 day Jump Start:

– Jump Start month is good for 30 days from your first workout

– Includes a new member Success Session (orientation and assessment/movement screen)

– Unlimited group workouts lead by a Certified Personal Trainer

– Access to and support from our coaches…we’re here to help you succeed!

FAQ:

What’s the difference between this program and the Muffin Top Makeover?

The main difference is the meal plan. The meal plan for the Muffin Top Makeover focuses on melting fat, especially around the belly. The 30 Day Jump Start is based on habit and behavioral changes that over time add up to big results.

If I’m out of shape, can I do your program?

Yes! We do modify for all fitness levels in our group workouts. If you are completely new to exercise or recovering from an injury, we suggest starting with personal training.

What is your schedule?

We offer 45 minute sessions multiple times a day.

Morning sessions: M-F 7am, 8am, 9am (no 7am on Friday)

Evening Sessions: M-F 4:15pm, 5pm, 5:45pm, 6:30pm (no 6:30pm on Friday)

Saturday: 7:30am, 8:30am, with Flexibility and Mobility sessions the 2nd and 4th Saturday at 9:30am.
