Personal Training 3 Session Intro
Our personal training programs are perfect for women who need extra support and accountability. Whether you’re a beginner wanting to learn proper exercise form before moving into our group sessions, or a new bride wanting to shed fat before the wedding, or you have a certain weight loss goal and would like a custom plan.
All Personal Training Packages includes:
- Full assessment of health, fitness level and nutrition
- Custom designed fitness program to achieve your fitness goals in an efficient and safe manner
- One-on-one workouts a Certified Personal Trainer
- Unlimited Access to Patti for support and accountability via email or text

Get started with our 3 Session Intro Package. You will receive 3, 30-minute private sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer.
At your first session, your coach will conduct an intake interview, functional movement screen, take any necessary measurements and then provide you with a mini-bodyweight session focused on fundamentals. We like to see how you move on day one, then create a program based on your needs.
Session 2 and beyond will always start with a joint mobility based warm up, followed by a conditioning circuit and ends with deep stretches. Weight loss and muscle toning will naturally occur from this style of training.
Our Coaches will adapt each workout to fit your fitness level and how you are feeling that day.
